I don't know what the process is. Please contact Arriva who may be able to shed further light on this particular incident. I guess it depends on whether the driver reported the incident.

Is the CCTV footage from buses being passed onto police to prosecute motorcyclists using the cycle path - I was on a route A on the 6/6/14 when an idiot on a off road bike with no helmet on came off the path and was nearly hit by the bus (he turned to look at the last second giving a great view of his face) he then went back on the path at the white lion retail park and nearly knocked over some elderly people at the bus stop - absolute idiot!!
