Sorry thats rubbish there feeding you anytime of the day on the outside of the bus
Busway News Desk
Depends what time you see the bus. Later on in the day, its bound to be dirty. If you're getting on a bus early in the morning and find it dirty, you might want to let Arriva know.

God knows who cleans them then take a look next time you see one 31 and today A was not clean
Busway News Desk
Arriva say their vehicles are cleaned every night inside and out so if there is a particular concern please let them know more details. https://www.facebook.com/arrivatheshires

In 2010/2011, they purchased a load of new buses for the 31 route and in 2011/2012 they purchased more new buses intended for the bus way but were initially used on the 38 route. There are still a few older buses using the 31 route but most of the 31s are the 2011 registered buses. The 24 route uses older buses and so does the 61 and 70 route.

That's a joke spend more money on buses pity they dont use them the 31 & 24 are well old
Busway News Desk
Traditionally, Arriva have always been more expensive than CentreBus. The drivers get paid more (from what I overheard some Arriva drivers saying) and they always invest a lot of money in newer buses - examples being the buses used on the bus way, the 31s and also buses in other areas (e.g. the Sapphire service that goes from Aylesbury). Grant Palmer have splashed out on 3 new buses for the bus way and their fares are cheap but Grant Palmer are a lot smaller than Arriva so I guess it all comes down to overheads.

It was brilliant worth the wait but can't understand why arriva is so much dearer than all the other buses using the route
