Dog Kennel Walk (between Houghton Regis and Dunstable) could be closed for up to 6 months. In this time the bridge will be removed over the old railway line and construction works will take place. The closure order comes into force on December 1st 2011. An alternative route is announced to use local roadways around the footpath bridge.
