A cycle path will run down from Dog Kennel Bridge (where this was taken) down the left hand side, alongside the track.

Bus Way Opening: The official opening will be 24th September 2013 starting with reception at the Strathmore Hotel Luton, between 9.15 and 9:45 ready for a visit by Norman Baker, Minister for Transport at 10:00. Minister opening of the Busway - junction with New Bedford Road (provides a good urban photo opportunity) Minister opening of the new Interchange Station at Luton Minister turning of the first 'sod' for the Luton's Town Centre scheme Following this the Minister will do a speech at the BRT conference being held in Luton before returning to London at 11:30am A few buses are expected to be running back and forth along the route following the opening to allow the press and others to experience the ride. Normal services will start on 25th September.
